Panic attack job interview

I have a job interview tomorrow for the NHS I had one before and left there in a state.
I've practiced and practiced and have managed to work my self up and had a terrible panic attack.

Any tips to help me calm and remain nerves free tomorrow? I'm so stressed about it all.
So much to remember I feel sick :(

If it was me I would tell them before the interview starts that ur a bit nervous so sorry if it comes across and then at least they will know and hopefully appreciate yourself honesty

Ok - take a deep breath. And another. Slow down your breathing and imagine yourself in the interview room, smiling and relaxed... remember they want you to do well (they haven’t asked you in for a joke) and you are there to interview them too.

Imagine the questions they may ask...
Tell us about your CV/career to date
What is your current job?
Why do you want to work here?
What about this job attracted you?
What are your strengths and weaknesses
Tell us about a time when you... managed crisis, excelled in a project, handled a tricky situation/person etc
What will you bring to this job...

Also - what will you ask - what do you want to know?

Put out your clothes tonight (try them on if you’ve not worn them for a while).
Do you know exactly where the interview is and who you are seeing? Have you checked them out on social media/LinkedIn?
How long will it take you to get there?

Try to relax and have a good nights sleep. Remember to eat before you go and just remind yourself why you are the right person for this job.

Congratulations with the interview!

Breath in through your nose and slowly out through your mouth

Smile and say out loud ‘I can do this’

See your GP for beta blockers - these are widely taken for panic attacks and nerves

Remember to smile!

Is it online or face to face?
The last two interviews I had I found easier doing it online. I place the laptop on my desk and then behind it on the wall I placed post-its with key words to prompt me if I got stuck based on the job description. Found it easier than a real life interview.

Online I should be ok fingers crossed

Try some Bach Rescue Remedy. It seems to help with exams etc.
