Nausea and stir fry

I wonder if anyone else has experienced this and what may be causing it. Twice now I've been making a stir fry (olive oil, cashew nuts, mushrooms peppers, onion, onions, cloud mushrooms) and while cooking I've started to feel very sick, the first time I actually three up. I've no idea what's causing it and as soon as if left the kitchen, I felt fine.

Any ideas?

@EspressoExpresso, I think I should have said, I'm 70😂. The most unconvincing second coming you could ever imagine

Could your cooker be leaking gas? (If, of course, it’s a gas cooker)

Mushrooms.
Or nuts.
Both would make me sick!

Could be some kind of allergy to the nuts or peppers.. Maybe it didn't affect you before but now it does.

Are any of those ingredients new to you? Are you able to eat and use them usually?
