Is there anything available to help new mums/mums of young children?
I struggle with things and feel like I could use some tips and advice. Sometimes I’m overwhelmed other times things change from planned so it’s hard to adjust but obviously life with young children is unpredictable.
Loss of time for coping strategies
Feeling touched out
Etc etc etc
Is there any help out there ?😞
