Ultra/low carbers, what's your favourite winter dinner?

I low carb and fast (600/700 calories) due to diabetes, but feel like I need a good proper dinner today because the weather is crap.

What's your favourite low carb winter meal?

A rib-eye steak with kale sauteed in lots of butter and garlic and blue cheese sauce :)
