NDNs built their back fence up to 6ft last summer and didn't mention it before hand.
This morning I wake to find someone digging fence posts in in my front garden. There was a small wall that fell over a couple of years back because of their mono block. They've decided to put a fence in but can't dig posts in to their own garden because of mono block so they're being dug into mine. Why are they so rude?
