CBBC and Newsround film about periods

Has anyone seen it? Our primary school just sent out the link and it's on Cbbc channe later today or on BBC iPlayer now I think. I guess it's a good thing to help children understand. Not sure I want the chat with DS (9) though..,

I don't know really. Maybe easier if you have DDs?? Think I need to get over myself. I'll watch this with him as a conversation starter!

My DD started her periods at 12 and I talked about it with my 10 year at the same. I also get then ‘What’s happening to me?’ books at about 9 so nothing would be too big a surprise.
