Vacuum for carpet

Vacuums... always good advice about vacuums on Mumsnet!

I'm looking a vacuum that can do a good job on carpets. I've got a eufy robot vac which I love and he (Robert) does a good job of my hard floors downstairs. Need something decent for carpets. I'm so fed up with my £25 Argos crappy vac that I doesn't even have a budget! Just want something that works and doesn't get stuff stuck in it all the time.

Cordless or corded....I don't think I care but give me opinions please....

Look up the reviews at Argos, Currys etc from people that bought the item, always worked for me.

Good point, everyone on eufy website loved theirs and everyone on shark website loved theirs ... Argos or similar probably more unbiased
