That I hadn't left the house for a week! Or got changed out my pjs for a week. (Obviously showering everyday and putting clean ones on)
I've been keeping going homeschooling, cooking etc and the dc have been playing out the front so they've had fresh air.
Before this last year though I couldn't spend one full day in the house, every morning I was showered and dressed no matter what and always out at least once during the day.
I'm not depressed or worried about going out but it shocked me how much I seem
to have changed without realising.

Put some proper clothes on and go for a walk!

I've surprised myself with how much I've enjoyed spending time at home with my family.

Pre covid, we would be out every day. Our home was essentially a place to eat dinner and sleep. I couldn't imagine entertaining the kids all day at home but now I find it easy and I've enjoyed it.

Why arent you getting dressed?? Just get some comfy loungewear, it's not uncomfortable like formal clothes or Jeans but still proper clothes. It would make me feel really shit staying in pjs all day

It’s surprised me how easily I slip into not going outside unless I actively think about it. Will suddenly realise that it’s been 3-4 days since I left the house (obviously home working at the moment). And the longer I’ve been inside, the less inclined I am to go outside. I’m starting to understand much more how people slip into situations where they don’t go outside for long periods if they are struggling.

I can't imagine having a shower and putting pyjamas on. Unless I was ill maybe.

Put some clothes on woman! Then it's easy to nip out and play with the kids or go for a 15 minute walk round the block.
