Outside birthday party ideas

My DD is 12 soon and I'm hoping to do an outdoor (following restrictions) party for 4 of her friends in the Easter holidays.
We have a big-ish gazebo, and the plan was to book an at-home pottery painting thing and have afternoon tea.
Does anyone have any ideas for what else they could do? - preferably still under the gazebo in case the weather isn't great!

Can you get/hire a projector to do a film outside? Then you could do popcorn/pizza plus a film.

Karaoke machine?

@2021WillBeGreat (love your username!) I had thought of that, but not sure the girls and the film equipment could all fit under the gazebo if it rained. If the weather was good we could just set the TV up outside.
