Period tracker but not ttc?

Any suggestions? I’d like to track symptoms and dates etc but not ttc, I’m probably peri menopausal I think and would like somewhere to record symptoms.

Flo is great. It does have a pregnancy mode but that's optional and you have to turn it on. Lots of symptoms to list and you can add your own notes. You can also link it to a fitness tracker (I found a surprising correlation between heart rate and ovulation). There is a paid option but the free one is all you need really

Just to add - I was TTC so I had predicated ovulation on, but you can turn it off

Maya is pretty good

I use Flo for this too (symptom tracking, not ttc). The little messages that pop up are a bit annoying but it helped me work out that my migraines are hormonal/pre menstrual so that was useful.

I use iPeriod. Really user friendly, not ttc just interested in keeping a record.

I find it very accurate for predicting and I like seeing the data!

(Also handy if you ever see the GP for anything period related to be able to give accurate info)

I use clue, it’s free and you can log symptoms, mood etc.

I just use the bit in my fitbit app.

If you’ve got an iPhone, it has Cycle Tracking built in. I liked that best before we were TTC.

I used fertility friend when ttc and now to avoid fertile window. Believe you can turn off predicted ovulation.

My DD uses Clue - the free version

It stirs up ire from some, because in that version it does not refer to women/girls. This is because it does not refer to any people at all by any term.

I don't know what's in the paid version (more content/analysis, I suppose, but I've never seen it).

I think the free version would do all you are after. Very easy to use and customise

Thanks for the suggestions, I’ll take a look.
