Interesting thing to do with a gammon steak

I have gammon steaks tonight and my usual go to is either to serve it with peas and caulicheese or chop it up and use it as a chicken and ham pie.

I am out of inspiration. I'd love some other ideas!!

Or coleslaw and a big Caesar salad.

Oh lovely. Have gone with corn on the cob and coleslaw with pineapple in it as a sort of new version of ham and pineapple.

Was expecting to semote outlandish suggestions

Now my mind has turned to distinctly less than nourishing things to do with gammon.
