Film for tonight... go...

As a result of the last thread like this I thoroughly enjoyed 2 good films (Greenland and the Russian one about the family of con artists that I've forgotten the name of).

So, tonight is a rare child free night with husband, grub and wine so hit me with suggestions..

I have prime and Netflix but not sky.

Save me from spending three hours arguing with the husband about what to watch before giving up and reading my kindle instead!

I haven't watched it yet myself but heard good reviews: The Dig on netflix or News of the World with Tom Hanks.

We watched I Care A Lot (starring Rosamund Pike) on Netflix this week and I enjoyed it.

I Care a Lot is the best film I've seen in ages.

I enjoyed The Dig if it's your thing, it's not action packed tho.... Also got News of the World on my watch list.

Have you seen Annihilation yet? Finally caught that the other day and really liked it, very clever film

I watched The Two Pope's at Xmas. Lovely film and beautifully shot. Was reminded of it because Pope is on his travels just now
