DP has had his first scan since starting chemo and he won't get his results until 26th March which seems inhuman. Since the start of this whole sorry cancer affair everything has been a fucking battle and every consultation has opened with "I have no good news for you..." so we are not expecting any different this time. My faith in the NHS and Macmillan has been shot down in flames.
