My slot is on a Friday. Have been pre booking for Easter and it appears to have moved itself to Thursday 5-7pm on the website and to Thursday 6-8pm on the app. Anyone else had this happen?

Weird. I though maybe they had changed you because of the bank holiday on Good Friday but, I’ve just been to check my usual Wednesday slot and, for 2 weeks in a row they have moved me to the Tuesday at the same time. They will be closed Easter Sunday, maybe it’s so people who usually have a Sunday slot get shopping?

They're not delivering on good Friday, Easter Saturday and Sunday so have moved slots for that week to nearest available.

Mine did similar over Christmas.

Mine 07-9.00am slot now also doesn't allow alcohol on it (been like this for 2 months, no reason given or available from customer services).

I ended up skipping the recurring slot and then booking the Friday. I got an email confirming my order but also one saying I had skipped the slot and my next slot would be on the following Friday. The app and chrome are both showing the following Thursday again at different times!
I am going to wait until after Easter and then chase them up.
The calendar where you choose slots is also not showing any booked and reserved slots like it usually does.

Yes. I phoned them and they said it was a known issue. It hasn't helped my issue though!
