This isn't a royal family bashing thread..just interested to know how people would vote once the Queen has died and the was a vote on whether to keep the royal family or not.. a simple yes ( to keep ) or no.

How much money do the royal family make for the country? Net? Would we still make money if they were just history? Not exactly keen on having President Johnson but not a royalist so a well thought out alternative would have to exist; rather than just "cut off their heads".

Who knows? How could you count it properly? Do you mean trade, tourism, what? And you'd have to take away what we pay them and what apparently belongs to them personally but maybe should belong to us. All very complicated. I will say that in terms of tourism, the most visited country in the world is the French Republic.
