Headphones that don’t make your ears hot!

I am looking to find some over ear headphones (I can’t cope with in ear ones) which are compatible with an iPhone and don’t make my ears hot!
I need them for when I go into labour so I can try and chill out with some relaxing music! That’s the plan anyway!

If you have any suggestions on which ones have worked for you and don’t make you overheat I would really appreciate it!

Have you thought about bone conductor ones? They sit outside the ear but don't cover them (so you definitely won't get hot) and because there's nothing inside or covering them, you can also hear what's happening around you.

I'd second the bone conduction ones took me a while to get used to them but I would certainly replace them quickly if the broke. Mine are Z8 pro, I think they were around £25 from Amazon.

Thank you both, the only trouble is I need to try and block out all other noise if possible. I’ve been on the maternity triage ward a couple of times for monitoring and the various noises are causing me anxiety 😥 I’m trying to prepare myself for the labour as much as I can!

I've got beats pro 3(?) and like them a lot.

You can get noise cancelling beats too.

I haven't ever noticed they make my ears hot and they're comfortable.
