Cantilever parasol with a dog

Is it safe or could/would medium sized dog knock it over?! I know you have to get weighted base to stabilise it?

I have a very large planter with the pole for the parasol going through. Put hard-core in the bottom half, compost on top and plant bedding flowers. You would need a JCB. to knock it over.

DH puts very heavy paving slabs on and around the base to anchor it.
I suppose if an Irish wolfhound ran into it at full tilt it might wobble a bit.
