Though I admit I would find it highly amusing if the same approach were regularly applied to smokers deliberately dropping their paraphernalia everywhere...
I'm all for that as you see the rubbish on the roads, cast aside without a thought, cast aside from vehicles and one lit end dropped in my fiiends. car and burnt her leg.
Generally, those that litter are selfish people (not referring to this person)
My hubby told a a low life to pick up his bag of finished fast food dumped outside our drive, the low life was not to happy and got out of the old banger and squared up to hubby and he was made to pick it up.
