I think so and possibly a tetanus jab

giddyasakipper · 05/03/2021 19:16

I would say glue as a minimum!

Sickoffamilydrama · 05/03/2021 19:17

I would say some glue.

ChameleonClara · 05/03/2021 19:17

That needs attention, yes. A&E, it is clearly an accident.

Sugarbelle · 05/03/2021 19:18

the person who it is work said just to put a plaster on it, I couldn't believe it!

building sites are a different gravy I suppose but I have said they need to get it looked at, its gooey (sorry!) and the middle looks almost purple. this happened at 10 this morning!!

Definitely needs looking at I would think, it looks deep and nasty..I'm surprised it didn't bleed an enormous amount!

I got a cut on my forehead that was about 2mm long and it poured with blood - I was terrified as it just poured down in front of my eyes.

HandforthParishCouncilClerk · 05/03/2021 19:25

They need to go ASAP ideally - wounds should really be sutured within 8 hours to minimise infection.

Mabelface · 05/03/2021 19:41

That needs stitching!

Paul72 · 05/03/2021 19:45

I cut myself really badly with a bow saw many years ago. I put on butterfly plasters and decided that would do. I still have a bad scar an my arm. I'd go and get that stitched, or glued, to reduce the scar.

thanks all, he has gone and as you said it needs cleaning properly and gluing. a stern word that he should of gone when it happend as well apparently!
