Online food shopping tips and which shop?

We used to shop at Tesco because they have good range of products for suitable for the DDs allergies. Through first lockdown we were offered a regular slot by ASDA (DH is ECV). Now I’m not happy with Asda as there are too many subs which are not suitable. Tesco you could leave a note in the subs eg must be milk free. I’ve tried Sainsbury but I can’t find a option to save a regular shop and Tesco 95 item limit is too tight as we need different types of the same products due to allergies.

Which online shop do you use?
Is there away to save a regular shopping list on Sainsbury?

Any reason why you couldn't do 2 lots of deliveries a week from Tesco now that they've allowed this again? I still can't have 2 deliveries on the same day but I could have 2 consecutive days

I've tried all of them and by far the best for us is Tesco. If you want to avoid too many subs try and get and early slot when the supermarket shelves are fully stocked. If you get the delivery saver you can have a slot every day if they're available so you could split your shop in two or three.

We’ve switched to Morrisons because the delivery men are more friendly and more helpful than Tesco.

I use Ocado and they have gone from bad to worse. Their involvement with M&S has been a disaster - stay clear!

Sainsbury's gives you a list of 'favourites' which is any items you have bought before. You can amend this list/remove things.

I just go down this list and add what I need that week. You change the order to most frequent (I find this the easiest) or item type etc.

Alternatively, you can copy an entire previous order over into your current trolley and delete/add as necessary.

I do this with Tesco too, click pretty much all the favourites as a default then add the other bits. I've changed to an early morning slot whilst WFH but might have to revert back to evening slots when back in office.
