What is this bug?

Can anyone help identify this bug, they are very small, I keep finding them in the bathroom and around the windows

We had these when our bathroom fan stopped working. I'm sure it was due to the damp. I don't remember being able to identify them but opening the windows more seemed to help

@Lolalovesroses I don't think it's a head louse, its quite small and it's body is a black/silver colour

I think they are book lice, can’t remember the official name 🤔 they like mould and damp. Fairly common 😊
