DH is currently an Assistant Head in an Alternative Provision. It looks like there may be redundancies as the unit is quite top-heavy. He is praying that his role is safe, but I'm thinking about what other roles people have taken on, if they have left teaching? Something around the same sort of wage would be great (sadly, we have the mortgage to pay!).
