Two weeks off and fuck all to do

Saved a couple of weeks annual leave to the end of the financial year and was hoping I could at least book an Airbnb for a few days but nope. DH is unable to take AL at the same time. What should I do that isn't just watching Netflix all day like I do with every other evening and weekend. Oh and walks. TV and walking. I already know I'm just going to do bloody chores. I dont have DC.

What would you do with two weeks off with nowhere to go?

I have the same issue. Have a week's leave next week that I can't cancel and absolutely dreading it.

I've bought some high temp paint to spruce up the fire pit. Might decorate downstairs bathroom if I can decide on a colour.

Otherwise going to sit in a bath with a book.

I might take a long walk into town for a takeaway lunch but not the same as a mooch round the shops and a sit down lunch.

Never thought I would complain about a week off work!
