Anyone know of companies that don't charge the earthband reliable.
I have a load of old jewellery I was given many years ago by a realative.
It's probably worthless tbh. But to me it's priceless. I'm just sorting my house insurance and I like to be accurate and get valued just in case.
It would never be to sell.
I didn't want an online thing unless great reccomenedations

We've got a local independent jewellers that we use for this sort of thing. Have a look locally and double check some reviews and how long they've been around. Be mindful that the valuation they give you is nothing like what you'd get at auction though.

I got mine done at a local jeweller, I spoke to a couple of bigger places but went local. He did charge a bit more tho.

My engagement ring for insurance is valued at 8.5k (I had to send the valuation to the insurance company) but the actual price he would have given me for the ring was around 1k maybe less.
