Online order not delivered

I made an online order at the start of February. It would be considered a national delivery. I ordered from the before and they used post for delivery.

Last week, I still didn't receive my order and I got in touch with them by email to see if it was dispatched yet. They replied back saying it was sent on the 4th of February. I replied back saying that I didn't receive it in the mail or bt courier.

They replied back saying they will send my order again. That was on Monday and Tuesday of last week on the 22nd and the 23rd of February. On Tuesday the 23rd they said they will get it in the mail today.

A week later and there still hasn't been any mail delivered to me. I got other mail last week and yesterday in the mail, but not my online order.

Just wondering now what to do here? It was dispatched again last Tuesday apparently but I got nothing in the mail. Do I contact them again? Do I ask for a tracking number? Or do I ask for a refund at this stage?

Contact them, if you want the product from them ask for the tracking number, if you can get it somewhere else or you dont want it ask for a refund.

I will send an email and ask for the tracking number. I presume at this stage they should have sent it with tracking especially considering one order went astray.
