I'm the same with advent calendars. My Mam thought she could stop getting me and my sister advent calendars when we moved out!

My dd is 31 and still insists on a Christmas stocking!!

My 3 grown up children still insist on Christmas Stockings and have now added their partners to the list!

DD turns 18 this weekend, but still insists on putting out sherry and a biscuit for Santa, and loves her little Xmas stocking and advent calender. She's looking forward to the traditional Easter egg hunt in the garden and around the house x
