Plus size influencers and mental health

I follow a quite a few plus size/ bopo accounts on social media, which have now mostly branched out into become influencers/ doing advertising etc.
Most of the accounts have either had public breakdowns on their accounts or regularly take time out from the platform citing mental health issues. A couple have even had hospital stays lately. To clarify, they are not particularly young and have been in the industry a long time.

I'm just musing (as I haven't noticed it with non- plus size accounts I follow) I wonder if it's:

A. They are attacked for their size by trolls online which affects their MH

B. They already have poor MH and it is part of the reason they are larger (it was as was as easy as just eat less, let's face it we'd all be supermodels)

Any thoughts ?
