I posted about this book recently, I have come back to it time and again after reading other books. There are also guided meditations that go with it:

I also really like the Mark Williams meditations and books:

www.amazon.co.uk/Mindfulness-practical-guide-finding-frantic/dp/074995308X/ref=sr_1_9?dchild=1&rnid=535007031&s=books&tag=mumsnetforu03-21&qid=1614698963&refinements=p_27%3AMark+Williams%2Cp_lbr_books_authors_browse-bin%3AMark+D.+Williams&sr=1-9

Some of his guided meditations are on YouTube too.

I find actually meditating in any formal way incredibly hard... but the ideas around it have stayed with me and have made more sense than other therapies, straightforward CBT etc. However, there are also lots of really interesting crossovers between CBT and mindfulness directed at very specific issues. I also took part in an NHS mindfulness course (all online) for depression/anxiety that was very helpful.
