Partner with anxiety

Very honest post
My partner has anxiety but it's physical symptoms more than that he worries about things, for example while he's trying to sleep he feels like he's choking has panic attacks ext.
I'm struggling with how to help and putting my foot in it saying the wrong thing as we have two kids and this means the majority of the house work and looking after the kids falls on me. This is because he struggles to sleep at night so is often in bed until lunch time or later.
I know it's not his fault but I often get frustrated that I'm tired doing everything please help.

He needs to see his GP and get some help. It's not fair for him to lean on you because of his poor mental health if he remains untreated. If he is unable to step up and be a partner and parent, then he really must do something about it.

If he refuses to tackle the problem, then at least you can make a decision about whether or not you can continue to live with him and his condition.
