Samsung to iphone

Have had samsung phones but now upgrading to iphone, i am on with three network.
What is the easiest way to transfer all my photos, contacts and email and everything else from samsung to iphone. I need the idiots proof way.

You can download an app that does it all for you. I used it fairly recently and it was very easy, it took ages though!

Can you remember what the app was.
And also can i tske it into the 3 shop and ask thrm to do it when they open, if i struggle.
