So I've been feeling increasingly anxious lately and find my thoughts are running away with me. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend something I can look into such as CBT or anxiety therapy online, if there even is such a thing. So either self taught or like a zoom type of thing I don't mind if it's one on one or a group. I do the usual apps to try and relax but I just feel like I need a little more. Thanks for reading
