Face mask spots

Wearing face masks is making me spotty! I don’t have to wear them all day, but quite a lot of the time and I am breaking out in spots. Anyone else got this problem? Any advice?

I get spots too. I think it's from sweating. I wear a mask 3 days a week for most of the day (health care worker) and I am definitely more spotty. No advice I'm afraid.

I think you’re right. It’s warm and damp. Not pleasant!
