I need to share this and I have nobody to share it with (TW drugs/needles)

I've just got my results after being tested for all blood borne viruses including HIV, Hep C and Hep B, after learning that my fairly recent (2018) ex was an (ex, supposedly) intravenous drug user.

I'd had no idea. I suspect ex used after the time I was told it had stopped. I was petrified, utterly terrified especially as I had slept with my wonderful new partner in the interim period.

I'm clear. I am so relieved.

I have no words for it. I was sick with worry, for my new partner (who I have told now)! And for myself.
I am baffled at how I didn't know, I must be so naïve. And of how our paths even crossed. Whole life rethink.
