Lockdown restrictions easing...what, when? Confused

I don't know if I'm being a bit dim but I am confused with the stages of the lockdown restrictions easing in England, specifically -

  • when will I be able to go and visit family at the other end of the country and stay over?
  • when is foreign travel likely? - I think that is due to be reviewed some time in April, is that right? And are there likely to be any changes to the quarantine requirements?
I appreciate some of this is not known yet but if anyone can shed any light on what is known so far that would be great. I have looked at the guidance but it doesn't seem clear to me.
