Game Master

Sorry if this is the wrong topic.

DD (7) doesn't get much TV but is allowed children's Youtube. She can't sleep tonight because she is scared of the Game Master, which is apparently something on YouTube. Does anyone know much about it? Google searches yield results that I am not sure are all relevant so I don't know which to believe. Any advice would be great. Thx

Oh I think my daughter used to watch this. Fictional drama show that was done by some blonde american woman and her side kick. The game master leaves clues all over the place and it can be a bit dramatic. Let me see if I can find you a link to one of the videos and you can go from there.

Are you monitoring the YouTube use. Even the kids YouTube has some pretty dodgy stuff on it at times.

I thought we did have all the relevant filters, hence my question really. She is (almost always) monitored when watching it by either DH or I so really not sure what it's about. She is worried they are going to steal pets from Youtubers or some such.

It's from a family's youtubechannel aimed at kids. Unfortunately my five year old also saw it and few months ago a scared her. Basically they dress up all in black and have a scary mask on - it is scary for little kids
