Hamster losing fur

For the past 2 wks our hamster has had a massive behaviour change and being off his food. About a week ago we toke him to the vets. All fine. Now he looks like this. Am going to take him back tomorrow but wondered if anyone had any ideas ?

How old is hammy? He may have mites.

About 6 months.
Ive ordered some treatment just incase but i would of thought the vet last week would have noticed?

My guinea pig had this. Couldn’t get through to the vet, but it seemed fungal so treated with clotrimazole 1% cream twice a day and nizarol antifungal shampoo twice a week, plus disinfected the cage regularly. It cleared up well (but not before dd caught it! Same treatment for her- except the cage!)
