I take multi vitamins as I am deficient in some (I have a medical condition so need some extra help with multi vitamins sometimes) I was going to take these vegan omega 3 supplements too but noticed they have vitamin E in too. If I take them both I would be having 24mg of vit E a day which is over the recommended amount. When I research it you can technically have like 500mg a day before it causes problems. So should I forget the omega ones and just stick to the multi vitamins or plow ahead and take them both? The company selling them say its fine but they would wouldnt they! Just wondered if someone had similar issues and what they did.
