Shnuggle bath cut foot

Has anyone else had this problem? DS is 11 weeks and somehow the baby bath has rubbed the skin on his foot and it's bleeding a lot. How can a bath do this?

We bought it from a John Lewis shop while I was pregnant and don't have the receipt, do you think there's any chance we can get a refund? I don't want to use it anymore

Is there a consumer ombudsman or something you can complain to as a group ! This is horrendous

Mad that so many people have this problem. My son had EXACTLY the same. How are they still selling this product?!!

Oh no! Hope he’s ok. Maybe we should all email trading standards as the product should be removed as I have seen other comments on Amazon etc. My poor boys feet were in pieces.

How frustrating this is still happening!

We had our second a few weeks ago and I thought of that stupid bath yesterday when giving DD her first bath (in the angelcare support, in the big tub)

My baby has had a little blister on her feet for a while and I was wondering where it was from - it’s in exactly the same spot as these and we have a schnuggle bath!
