Got a blocked nose, sneezing, runny nose. Today I cant smell or taste anything. No temp or cough though

No-one here can answer your question. You need to self isolate and book a test. Hope you feel better soon.

I could smell certain smells when I had Covid but others I couldn't smell a thing

Even a temporary change in smell or taste is a possible symptom.

Why did you think you couldn't smell or taste? Did it just disappear for a while? I could taste when I had Covid but my sense of smell went.

If it did change, even for a short while, you should get tested.

Any cold symptoms warrant a covid test. Everyone I know who's had it said they thought they had a cold.
