Please can you come and give me recommendations for a food mixer for baking

have food processor and liquidiser etc

but dd wants a food mixer for baking - she is a decent bake, makes croissants, brownies, etc and wants to be making more cakes but particularly eggless cakes and donughts

Im looking I guess around the £150/200 mark but would go higher - thanks

I had a kenwood chefette and loved it, basic but good. Have now upgraded to a bigger kenwood. Friend has a kenwood prospero, is good value with loads of attachments included as standard.

I've got a Kitchenaid which I've had now for about 12-13 years, still going strong, with no signs of wear - I grew up in the US, where a Kitchenaid was a kitchen stalwart - much like Kenwood Chefs are seen here in the UK - old faithfuls.

I think with mixers, consider motor strength - buy cheaper, and the motor isn't likely to last as long, I think that's largely what it comes down to.

Thanks

What attachments come with the kitchen aid and kenwood?

Another Kitchen aid fan , mine came with two bowls and 3 mixing attachments , whisk , dough hook , beater , I've also got a spatula edged beater but can't remember if it came with the mixer or I bought it afterwards
You can buy all sorts of gadgets to add to it , great tool , had mine around 3 years and simply love it

Ooh and it also had a splash guard for the bowl but I've never used it
