I’m probably being ridiculous so please talk me down. My holiday has been cancelled due to COVID, the accommodation agent got in contact to say I could rearrange or take a voucher or take a refund. I clicked take a refund and it then said “are you sure?” And I pressed the wrong thing.... so now the option to get a refund has gone.
Things are tight and this cash would help hugely. When I phone tomorrow they're going to tell me I can have my money back, right?
