Name changed as potentially outing in some ways.
Looking for a good app for motivating and tracking new good habits and maybe even disincentivizing bad ones.
Partly a late New Years resolution, partly suggested to me by therapist.
Something I can track and develop good habits, but not necessarily daily, sometimes alternate days, weekly, fortnightly etc
Not sure how the bad habit part would work
Hopefully something I can also track things like sleep, diet, exercise, self care, mood that kinda thing
There are so many I’m having trouble sifting out the good ones, they all seem to have good reviews.
Free is good but I also don’t mind paying a small cost if it’s worth it, but also don’t want to pay more than necessary.
Think I’d like something with an overview function? So I can easily see how I’m doing. Maybe some kind of “star chart” thing to encourage.
I start well with these things but within a couple weeks slide back into bad habits or not keeping up the good ones.
So please tell me your recommendations
