Have dug up our street and left us without broadband. Went off this morning, just got back from walking the dog to find they’ve all buggered off and our (BT) broadband isn’t back on.
They’re installing virgin cables around our whole village fwiw but home schooling/work isn’t gonna go well without broadband.
How long is reasonable for it to be off? Is there anything we can do?
