Sorry this is my second post related to my efforts in getting fit after being a slob for too long. I'm mid 30s and have an OK BMI. I am just needing to get fit again so have started running.
I have noticed my left hip can feel a bit loose, and almost like something moves around in it. This isn't new, I have had it before.
Has anyone felt the same or know what this might be?
It doesn't hurt at all, there's no pain or ache. Just a feeling of...temporary looseness.
I have access to a physiotherapist through work, but wanted to check in first as I'm not sure if this is something to worry about.
