My dad looked at his credit card statement today and saw that last week his credit card was credited a small amount by Amazon.
He hasn’t returned anything to them.....So..he rang Amazon who told him that this was due because I had returned something purchased with the card. For clarification, we don’t live together and the only link we have is his address being stored as a delivery one.
The only card I have saved on my account is my debit card and I’ve not returned anything.
In a nutshell, my dad has been given money via Amex/Amazon for something I allegedly returned on my account that I never purchased.......
I don’t even know his credit card number 
Have spoken to all parties and several times and we’re all stuck on this.
