Boots app

Is anyone else having trouble using the Boots app. Am trying to spend lots of money but it keeps booting me out and giving me an error message. I have just changed the password because I couldn't remember it and I think it thinks I'm trying to do a fraudulent transaction.
Not the first time I've had trouble trying to order from Boots and I remember why I have deleted their app in the past. Anyway, just wondering if this is an app issue or a 'me' issue

But yes I think the boots app is possibly one of the shittest I've ever used. Been trying to place an order all evening and it's freezing at checkout. I've reinstalled twice and have given up now
