Numeracy Qualification - 1990s

Hello, I know this might me a long shot, but I need some help.

I contacted the sixth form college that I attended in 1995 to obtain confirmation of my results. For some reason, I had my school certificates but not the ones from college.

They’ve given me my GCSE results as well as a numeracy qualification. The college can’t confirm if the D is for distinction or a fail, and I can’t remember.

The college can’t tell me which examining board dealt with this either. I didn’t achieve a pass at GCSE hence taking the numeracy qualification.

Does anyone know, please? I’m trying to find out as I’m about to start an advanced apprenticeship and need to evidence maths and English qualifications.

Thank you!
