Got to put my son's Sunday dinner in the oven to keep warm for 30 minutes - what temp should the oven be at?

To keep warm? Very low or you'll be burning it!

Please help - it's the full roast beef and yorkies. Don't want it to dry out but don't want to kill him either.

Personally I'd just reheat in the microwave when he gets in

There's nothing on a roast that would make him poorly anyway but it won't be nice burnt!

80 degrees?

Cover in foil and lowest heat setting

Try it at 80 for ten mins and if it’s not warm put it up a bit. Also you could put a pan lid over the plate to stop it drying out.
I tend to put the covered plate over a pan of simmering water , it never dries out and stays lovely and hot.

About 80 degrees from me too. Cover it in tinfoil.

Ylvamoon · 21/02/2021 19:51

... as sorryiasked said. Around 50 - 60°C

Well below boiling but high enough to kill off any bacteria.

Thank you all!
