Thanks, that will be the perfect side for tonight’s meal!👍👍

I love crunchy stir fried broccoli drizzled with balsamic vinegar!

Unescorted · 21/02/2021 14:41

Roasted with a dusting of onion and garlic powders.

I love broccoli in general, as long as it’s well cooked there’s so much you can do with it! Can’t go wrong with a Korean sauce, for example.

I also used to eat broccoli and cauliflower florets raw, dipped in salad dressing/creamy dip. Very good!

Also delicious with asparagus!

Try also....
Cook some pasta, linguini or spaghetti works well.
Cook broccoli florets till just done, drain well.
Meanwhile, gently fry a finely chopped onion, some garlic and then add some chopped anchovies or sardines or mackerel or tuna or a combination of these if liked, also some pine nuts if you have them. You are just warming the fish through, not cooking it.
Add the well drained broccoli, and the cooked drained pasta to the pan and stir well before serving.
A good store cupboard, end of the month meal.

Stir fried with bacon, garlic, chili peppers and anchovies, and sprinkled with roasted bread crumbs. Yum.

Try char grilling, drizzle with olive oil and tossing with pasta and Parmesan. Maybe sound roughly ground pistaschios too.
Really works well with tenderstem.
Even the dog drools 😁

The anchovy sauce is really easy; I just warm up a small punnet of single cream and add Geo Watkins anchovy sauce, a little lemon juice and black pepper. Felicity Cloake’s recipe for cheese soufflé.

The sauce is also very nice on leftover roast potatoes and beef 😉
