Good campsites for new adults?

Hi all! Looking for a bit of advice about camping for my 18 year old.

She and her boyfriend's friends (mostly 19/20) are looking for a good campsite in Cornwall in August. (I want to be clear that if the coronavirus situation is still as dire then as it is now she won't want to go. She's careful.)

I think she's having a hard time finding places that would accept a group of teenagers.

Any suggestions?

The Meadows in the Pentewan Valley in adults only. It’s within walking distance of a pub, but there’s a mobile bar on site in high season. Donna and Michael the owners live on site and will be there at most times of the day and night.
Namparra and Carvynick are more family friendly but still take mixed group bookings.
